The remaining air is vented through the pressure relief valve.When the valve is turned, the gas supply closes and the beer line opens. The back pressure in the bottle should be maintained at a level that allows for slow filling and moderate foam.When the bottle is full, turn the valve to the center position to shut off the air flow. After a few seconds, the overpressure has been discharged and the bottle can be capped.
